When registering for an online class, you will notice that on clicking the "Complete Registration" button, you are reminded to check your email address in Personal Information to make sure it's correct and up-to-date. If you register in an online class, it is very important that we have your correct email address as that is the only way that the instructor can contact you.
This new alert joins an alert that has been in place for several months now that asks you to confirm any drops or withdrawls you make on the Add/Drop classes page. That confirmation helps us to ensure that you can't accidentally drop a class, which happened more often than you would imagine before we added this confirmation.
