Attention Faculty:
Effective Fall 2009, only the current term and three previous terms will be available in myGateway. For example, the current term will then be Fall 2009, so this means that Summer 2009, Spring 2009, and Fall 2008 (SCE Winter 2009 will also be available).
All courses older than Fall 2008 will be removed by August 17, 2009 (September 14 for SCE).
If you have content on those course homepages you wish to preserve, you have a few options. You can use the Copy Course Content channel to migrate any files, photos, links and news items from the previous courses to your current courses. Or if you used the Consolidated Courses feature, you can add the current courses to the consolidated course "shell" before the old courses are removed. Finally, you can go to those old course homepages and download or save any files or pages you wish to keep.
