Step 1 – Click on the upper right hand corner
area of the browser with the inverted ellipses.
Step 2 – Select Settings from the drop down menu.
Step 3 – Click in the upper right hand corner
of the settings box, in the Search Settings function.
Step 4 – Type in the word cookies and hit enter on your keyboard. Then,
click on Content Settings.
Step 5 – When in the Content Settings menu, select All cookies and site data…
Step 6 - in the Cookies and site
data menu, click on the upper right hand search bar.
Step 7 – type in the following: mg.nocccd.edu
and hit enter on your keyboard. The output will be a display of the number of cookies your browser has cached.
Step 8 – click the x on the right hand of the menu to delete the cookies.
Final Step – Click Done to exit out of all the
menus, and then close and open the browser and navigate directly to https://www.mg.nocccd.edu to try to log in again.
