If you are still encountering difficulty logging into the new myGateway, here are some tips that may help solve the problem:
- Clear the cache in your web browser. If you do not know how to do this, click the appropriate link below that matches your browser:
- Do you have myGateway bookmarked in your browser? If so, you will
need to remove it, go to the web address below, and bookmark that page:
https://mg.nocccd.edu
- Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password and resync your information to myGateway.
