Issues with the New MyGateway? Here are a Few Solutions

The NOCCCD Information Services launched the new version of MyGateway on Friday, August 11, 2017. Some users have experienced a few issues with the transition. Thank you for your patience and support as IS works to resolve them. Students are encouraged to continue reporting any new issues via the “myGateway Suggestions/Issues” portlet in myGateway or by email to ishelpdesk@nocccd.edu.
We have resolved several issues since going live on Friday, and continue to work on the outstanding issues.
If you are still encountering difficulty logging into the new myGateway, here are some tips that may help solve the problem:
  • Clear the cache in your web browser. If you do not know how to do this, click the appropriate link below that matches your browser:
  • Do you have myGateway bookmarked in your browser? If so, you will need to remove it, go to the web address below, and bookmark that page:
    https://mg.nocccd.edu
  • Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password and resync your information to myGateway.
