In the interest of added security for your account, you may use a combination of any six characters for your myGateway PIN. If it's on your keyboard*, it's a valid character for your PIN.
In addition to letters and numbers, the following characters may be used in your six-character PIN:
~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + - = { } | [ ] \ : " ; ' < > ? , . /
Alphanumeric PINs are case-sensitive, so check to see if your Caps Lock key is on if you have trouble logging in with an alphanumeric PIN.
To change your PIN, log into myGateway, and click on "Change PIN" in the Personal Information channel.
Visit the PIN Reset page if you do not remember your PIN.
* Only characters on a standard US English keyboard are acceptable for creating your PIN at this time. Other characters, including letters with accents and certain special symbols will not result in a secure PIN and should be avoided.
