Emails Issues: Sending email to courses in MyGateway

Recently, we (the district office) have been notified by a few instructors of issues with sending emails through Course Studio in myGateway. In the cases that have been reported, the instructors are getting errors like the following as returned messages:

Mail providers are constantly improving their methods of how to get the mail "you really want" in your inbox and through this process, emails from myGateway have been delayed and in some instances stopped from being delivered. As a result, we have detailed these issues to known service providers with the issues and are continuing to work with them to help delivery of your messages. Please be patient and know that we are working to resolve the issues with emails from myGateway. Thank you!
